Marina will usher in new age for Didim
PRICES for land and property in the sought-after Third Beach area are soaring with the emergence of the new marina, it has been revealed.
Didim’s Mayor Mümin Kamacı visited the site to add his own stamp of approval on the biggest development in the resort for years.
Didim Marina, which is being built by the Doğuş Group will have a total capacity of 850 yachts, 550 in the sea and 300 on land. The site covers 114,000 square metres of land and 173,000 square metres of sea.
Didymian realtor Hasan Can Çalgır said that the prices of land in the region will increase even more. He said:
