Airport Transfers

• We will collect you from / to airport with no extra charge,
• 2 -3 nights accommodation at a quality hotel in Altinkum.
• Altinkum trip (beaches, historical places, town centre (Yenihisar), construction site.
• We will discuss your property needs and your budget. We will also give you legal advice.
• You will be dealing directly with the building company, not with an agent.

When you choose your property the legal procedure will start

• We will take you to the Notary Public, you will meet with your sworn translator and solicitor. You will give a Power of Attorney according to the house purchase to your solicitor who will oversee and follow-up your paperwork in your absence under our supervision. When your title deeds are ready to be signed the solicitor would be able to sign on your behalf if you are not in Turkey. We will send you a copy of your original title deed via email or post.
• We will furnish your property with everything needed to enjoy your holiday home (only with furniture pack option).
• Assistance in opening Sterling or Turkish Lira account.

• You may wish to make a few changes, like adding fitted wardrobes. As we are a building company we will supervise these changes and make sure that they are of the highest standard. You can instruct us of any changes you need whilst you are in the UK. We can follow-up any queries you may have and supervise any further work that needs to be carried out in your property. This will result in you being able to start your holiday as soon as you arrive.
